I even had to ask for a second wine chiller for the second bottle of wine I had purchased as they were skimping on ice and trying to cram two bottles into one chiller. This took over 20 minutes while I stood and waited for the manager to give me said refund. The bartender was relentless at selling me into their wine club and then got upset when I declined the offer after he had jumped to ring up the sale - assuming that I would say yes - and then had to refund the discount. Instead, we got hot, sat on the ground while countless tables went without guests. If that isn't bad enough, the service at the bar was slow and downright pushy. How bad is it that a business would rather make current paying guests uncomfortable for hours to reserve a table for parties that may or may not ever show up? Or perhaps the tables could include the time of the reservation so parties could enjoy them for a period before the reservation time. Instead we watched as countless other guests entered the same area, obviously perplexed by the number of empty tables waiting to be used, and then ended up cramming in the hot, barely shaded area, where sitting on the ground was the only option. This wouldn't have been an issue if we had seen even one of these tables receive it's guests while we were there (for two hours!).

First we were greeted at the carpark by attendants who told us we couldn't park there, but had to drive to an offsite parking lot and take a shuttle. Our party of five visited on Cinco de Mayo weekend and we had high expectations since our friends, who live locally, had visited before and enjoyed their experience. We had a pot luck with 20 people, and had lots of food, much of it spicy, so I can't really say much about the wines.
